I am thrilled to report that we have called a new Associate Pastor to First Moncton Baptist Church. At a special business meeting held May 19th, Rev. Mark Hunter accepted a call to become Associate Pastor Discipleship & Fellowship Ministries at First Moncton United Baptist Church, and will take up his duties later this summer. Mr. Hunter is a native of Florenceville NB. He is a graduate of Atlantic Baptist University and holds a Master of Divinity Degree from Acadia Divinity College. Ordained to Christian ministry in 2006, he has been the Pastor at Second North River Baptist Church for the past five years. Mark is married to Karen and they have two children, Rachel who is 6 and Caleb age 5. We welcome Mark Hunter to the pastoral staff at First Baptist and look forward to his leadership among us. |
